Mind body fitness focuses on the interconnectedness of the body and mind. Mindful movement such as Pilates & GYROTONIC® teach students how to focus their mind with precision to target specific muscle groups to improve performance and results.

Certain muscle groups can become dominant overshadowing weaker muscles and therefore cause inbalances by overuse.
