As the new year begins, there is an underlying feeling of change in the air. This can  tend to leave us feeling a bit ungrounded and unfocused. So as we enter these challenging times, it is more important than ever to re-commit to our own self-care, and to build on our own inner resiliency.

Merriam-Webster defines resilience as: 


  1. the capability of a strained body to recover its size and shape after deformation caused especially by compressive stress

  2. an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change 

And here's where MELT can help!

A new MELT series will be starting at Sound Movement in Larchmont this Sunday, the 8th. New-comers are always welcome.
